RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
Due to the personal, consumable, and hygienic nature of skincare products, Monic Uniq does not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with, except where required under applicable law.

2. Replacement / Refund – Eligible Circumstances

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios
No replacement or refund shall be provided if:

Damage occurs after delivery

The customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Minor variations occur in color, fragrance, or texture due to natural ingredients
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Cancellation requests may be considered only before shipment, subject to order status.
